Our Family

Century Commercial Service has evolved to become a family affair.

Now married for over 40 years, Century first started with Keith and Traci Estes working alongside each other to get the business off the ground.

Their children who grew up in the business, are now playing active roles in the future of the company.

Brent Estes

Brent Estes (Son) joined the company in 2005 as an Independent Sales Contractor and worked his way through various roles and positions to become the current Vice-President Director of Sales & Operations. Brent has been instrumental in business development, recruitment, department operations, growth and expansion of the Century brand. Brent is married to his wife, Andrea, and they have three children named Kaydence, Elijah and Amelia.

Lorin Courtney

Lorin Courtney (Youngest Daughter) joined the company in 2012 with a Degree in Graphic Design and a Certification in AGI Lighting Design & 3D Rendering. Lorin has played many roles in the company by helping with everything from Invoicing & Billing Department to Marketing, Design and Production. She is also the Manager of our Mapping Department.

Sherra Freeland

Sherra Estes (Oldest Daughter) joined Century in 2013 to assist in the Billing & Invoice Department. Sherra has since moved into a role of specializing in the quality control of the CCS service software systems & operations.

Kevin Estes

Kevin Estes (Keith & Traci’s Nephew) joined the Century Team in 2017. Relocating from the Bay Area, Kevin is the manager of the Plumbing Service Department. With over twenty years in the Plumbing Industry, Kevin has worked his way up the ladder. Starting as an apprentice to becoming a Journeyman Plumber, he then became a Project Superintendent who oversaw multi-million dollar plumbing jobs.

Keahi Freeland

Keahi Freeland (Son In Law) joined the CCS in late 2019 to be and instrumental part of helping launch the Mechanical Department in 2020. Because of his background and experience, Keahi was the first Mechanical Department Service Technician at CCS. Since then, Keahi has transitioned into the position of Fleet Manager, overseeing over 100 CCS Fleet Vehicles.

Tony Courtney

Tony Courtney (Son In Law) joined the Century Team in 2022. Tony brings and extensive background and experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Inventory. Tony is currently impacting the day-to-day operations and tracking of thousands of parts, hundreds of weekly orders and inside transactions through the CCS Warehouse.
